OCD Detail

OCD is a mobile service and will require access to a safe place to plug our extension lead in.


In an ideal world we will need to park next to your vehicle, if you feel this may be an issue please discuss with us before booking.


All bookings are subject to a 20% deposit, No booking is confirmed until deposit has been placed.


If no deposit is placed within 48 hours your booking will be cancelled.


Deposits are non refundable.


With 48 hours notice OCD will amend your booking date.


OCD cannot control traffic, acts of god, or acts of others. Should your booking be delayed due to any of these reasons you will be rebooked within 14 days, if not possible you will have the option to wait for an alternative booking, or have your deposit refunded.


If your vehicle is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mould, vomit, blood, or other. Additional charges will apply, any additional charges will be discussed and agreed before work commencing.


OCD will only complete booked work within your appointment. For example if you own 2 cars one of which needs attention on the interior and the other the exterior and you have only booked 1 car in, we will only tend to that 1 booked car at your appointment. Last minute plans delay other customers and also reduce the quality of work you receive as we have to rush to accomodate the change in plans.


For insurance purposes OCD are unable to operate in heavily congested roads, or pay and display car parks, for safety reason we will not work in tight roads with regular passing traffic.


Any booking cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be payable at 50% of the full agreed rate.


Bookings in December and January are payable in full at time of booking, and non refundable! this is due to continued cancellations at this time of year.


Upon booking you will be asked to read these terms and conditions, with doing so you agree to our terms of business


Maintenance Clients:

You must have 1 booking per month at minimum to maintain your cars standard, failure to do so will require The Deep Clean package to bring your car back up to standard before maintenance continues, we understand that life may get in the way of this from time to time, please ensure to discuss with us accordingly.

If you have had a busy month and your car is heavily soiled for any reason its not a problem, please just let us know so that we can allow more time for your appointment.
